HUE 1/1 Denver Bears Baseball Trucker Jacket

Inspired by Denver’s rich baseball history and the beloved Polo bear curated by Ralph Lauren, this HUE 1/1 piece weaves together Americana through a new lens.  An unlikely bond was had between Denver’s now defunct Bears and New York’s Yankees with the likes of baseball legend Don Larsen. Don played with Denver before getting called up to the Yankees, eventually making history with the first, and only, no-hitter game ever in a world series. His retro Bears jersey served as the inspiration to build around to make this bespoke trucker jacket. This piece incorporates a jersey, tapestry blankets, suit pants, leather and even Polo Bear bed sheets! This piece preserves America’s pastime and one of this country’s greatest brands and its iconic bears to commemorate a bygone era of Denver.
